Keytoi offers free shipping option on orders over $49.95 for destination within the continental United States.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Keytoi understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.

FREE Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, just give us a call and we can walk you through our return process

Shipping Policy

The freight carriers that Keytoi currently ships with are FedEx, United Parcel Services (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS). However if you have an account with another carrier such as DHL and would like to use your account to ship the products, please contact us with your account information and we will gladly do so.

Please note that if you decide to choose USPS, shipment may take longer than UPS and Fedex and can also be difficult to track at times.

To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will of course notify you via email, if your order will be delayed. If your order contains an item that has been backordered, you have the option to send the backordered items separately at no extra cost, so the rest of your order is not delayed. If you choose to have the backordered items shipped separately, and the item is priced below $500, we will automatically ship via USPS no matter what shipping method is selected for the in-stock items.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders over $49.99.  Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within two to five business days after shipment depending on the destination.

Second Day Shipping: - Keytoi offers this expedited shipping option for most products for an extra charge. Products shipped via second day service prior to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time are normally delivered by two business days after shipment at 4:30 p.m. local time. We will notify you if the item cannot be delivered on the expected delivery date.

Next Business Day Shipping: For an additional charge, Keytoi offers this expedited shipping option on most products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time via Next Business Day service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Next Business Day delivery is not available for orders shipping outside the United States.

Shipping Charge
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value of the item (for insurance purposes), destination and the type of service you choose. Expedited delivery will of course cost more than standard shipping method. Your final shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process prior to completing the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of Keytoi's assigned carriers will make three delivery attempts to your location. However, if the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will return the package to us. When the carrier returns an undelivered package to Keytoi, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.

Return Policy

At Keytoi, we make it our responsibility to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased us, you are more than welcome to return the item within 15 days after receipt of the item(s). For claims of missing items or items damaged in transit, please notify us within two business days of your receipt of the merchandise in order to receive a full refund. Please contact us at at support@keytoi.com so that our Support Team can provide the Return Material Authorization (RMA) to you.

Refund
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Keytoi will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If payment was made by credit card, we will credit your account once we have received. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made via wire transfer, your account should be credited within 1-2 business after receipt of the returned item(s).

Rules
» All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

» Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

» RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.

» Keytoi is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return or Exchange Policy
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchange on the following products:

» Products that have been built or modified by Keytoi to customer's specifications.

» Opened Software

» Opened Computer Processor

» Opened Memory
